Motor cycle trip

Cross country on a honda 400 with only 75 dollars. Started off in the rain only made 40 miles in the first two hours, fighting the big trucks which were creating a monsoon with the rain and wind. A trip to cheap motel and getting warm and dry where could. Put last dollar seventy five miles from destination. Motorcycle ran out of gas as pulled into parents driveway. This was the trip going home of an 18 marine going home on leave.
